CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN STAFF AND CLIENTS

Many conversations occur between users of this site and "legal assistants" (not attorneys) or other TLC staff members.  Attorneys may ultimately join in the conversation, or may review with the TLC staff member the general content of the conversation at a later time. Legal Assistants are directly supervised by Traffic Law Center attorneys. TLC Attorneys reserve the right to correct, amend, or clarify any statement or representation made by the legal assistant in his/her conversation with the site user.  Legal assistants are only directed to disseminate "general" information about our law firm's services (price, locations, and types of cases our attorneys may accept). Only attorneys are permitted to give legal advice about a particular case or matter, or make the final decision on whether or not to accept  particular case. Legal assistants, during the course of a conversation, may check with an attorney to get an answer to a specific legal question, and pass it along to the site user.  Because sound "legal advice" depends on the attorney having and knowing all pertinent facts before giving legal advice, be warned that "online" communication may not be the best way to receive information about legal services.

All initial Traffic Law Center appointments are free of charge. You are invited to make an appointment with any of our attorneys to fully discuss any legal matter that you may have.  Unless and until there is a formal agreement between the attorney and client/user (written agreement and payment of attorney's fees), neither party, user or law firm, has any obligation to the other, and neither may be held liable for any representation, omission, or error committed while using this online chat service.

Some, not all, of the photos used in this site are of professional models who appear in our site pursuant to an advertising and promotional project license.  Photos without corresponding identifying names or addresses are those of non-employees of the Traffic Law Center or simulated scenes or facilities, respectively.  Photos with corresponding names are/or addressess are actual Traffic Law Center employees and facilities, respectively.  Such photos and depictions are used to help the site user navigate our site (a picture is a thousand words) and generally describe the types of services we offer.  We substitute photos of professional models for actual staff for purposes of the safety, security and privacy of the our staff members who choose not to have their photos posted on the world wide web. We do not intend to imply any greater or lesser degree of proficiency in the practice of our profession on the basis of the photographs or simulated scenes displayed in our site.
