Formerly employed as Senior Counsel with the Missouri Department of Revenue engaged primarily in litigation of DWI driver’s license suspension and revocation cases. Current duties include representing TLC clients in municipalities in northern St. Louis County and in counties in northeastern Missouri, including DWI cases. Duties also include representing clients in matters relating to driver’s license suspensions, revocations, and denials against the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Todd Taplin, Juris Doctor, Chicago-Kent College of Law. Licensed in Illinois. Mr. Taplin has been with the Traffic Law Center since 1994. Before coming to the Traffic Law Center, Mr. Taplin was Assistant State’s Attorney in Madison County, Illinois, where he was Chief DUI Prosecutor and handled thousands of felony, misdemeanor, DUI and traffic cases.
